Today was the wedding day of Jessica and Ben and it really felt like the first day of spring after a long winter with Christmas already feeling like a lifetime ago. Myself and Louise who was second shooting today's wedding, at Llechwen Hall Hotel, had the privilege of capturing the anticipation and excitement of all the bride and groom's individual preparations.
In the elegant confines of the bridal suite and hotel rooms which were well lit with the bright and early afternoon sunshine the atmosphere buzzed with energy and for a while those pre-wedding nerves that are so short lived but can be very real and physical as Jessica found out as she was feeling her stomach talking to her as time drew closer to the ceremony!
Llechwen Hall Hotel, sits within the picturesque Welsh countryside of Pontypridd, provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and special memories in the making. With a modern and relaxed approach, we focused on capturing authentic moments and emotions. Each shot was thoughtfully composed to reflect the wedding venue and it's surroundings along with the genuine connections between the couple, their families and closest friends.
As the day unfolded, we ventured outdoors to embrace the soft colours of an early sunset and natural beauty of Llechwen Hall Hotel's gardens. Against this stunning backdrop, Jessica and Ben radiated a true love and connection that was picture perfect. Our photography style emphasised the natural light, and candid moments, resulting in a collection of images that felt both timeless and contemporary. From the delicate details of the bride and groom’s interactions to the fleeting expressions of joy and excitement of family and guests, each photograph documented the day in a natural and unfolding timeline.
