Capturing memories through photography isn’t just a job to me, it’s a passion. I love studying the subject and I love making photographs. Being able to provide people with something they can cherish and share for a lifetime is a privilege. I am so grateful to be here working as a full time photographer and I take pride in creating images that help guide memories of special moments and times within people’s lives.

Hello I'm Hannah and welcome to Scoularfish Photography!
My love for photography has been ongoing for many years starting from when I was a lot younger and would take hundreds of photos of friends, family, children and nature. This then lead me to undertake a Bachelor's Degree in Photography in the Arts - which I would do all again, even the dissertation! I made film photography a huge part of my degree which taught me how to work manually with a camera and how to really consider compositions due to only having limited film to work with. Working hard provided me with a First-Class Honours Degree and I now study a Masters in Documentary Photography at the University of South Wales.

I am currently based in Swansea but also cover parts of the South of England with my main weddings being around South and West Wales, Hampshire and the New Forest. I'd also be very happy to go international!
After finishing University in Swansea my partner and I decided to stay and make a home here as we fell in love with the South and West coast of Wales and all of the outdoor opportunities it provides. Aside from photographing people for a living, I also photograph as a hobby and make work for art exhibitions. In 2017 I won a photography internship in the South of France, have been part of an internship at the Swansea Waterfront Museum and I have taken over a couple of photo art Instagram accounts with my work. Studying a masters in photography is keeping me at the centre of current practices and really challenges and pushes my abilities, I absolutely love it!
Photography really is my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.
